Where Curiosity Meets Heart

Curiosity has always been my compass. From a young age, food and culture were more than just interests—they were the lens through which I viewed the world and the people in it.

My journey into nutrition began with one simple question: could there be a career connecting food and culture? The answer brought me to Nutritional Sciences and what started as a curiosity, became a calling.

As a Master’s student, I carry my experiences with me every step of the way. They have shaped my belief to lead with a holistic and individualized approach to nutrition, one where culture, identity and lived experience matter just as much as the science.

This space exists because of all of it. A place to explore evidence-based topics through a lens of diversity, compassion and community.

Not advice—just my honest reflections. From someone who believes food is medicine. Who believes everyone deserves to be seen as a whole person. Community is where healing begins.
